Baltazar R., a resident of Aurora and a deputy, recently discovered he had won $1,000 in the Pick 3 game after checking the results on the Colorado Lottery website. He purchased his winning ticket at Tall Grass Liquors located at 21699 E. Quincy Ave., Suite E, in Aurora.

Baltazar has been playing Colorado Lottery games for about ten years, typically participating once a week. He selects his own numbers when playing Pick 3. Baltazar stated that he plans to use his winnings to pay down credit card debt. When asked about his reaction to winning, he described himself as happy.
