Aurora resident wins $50,000 on Colorado Lottery scratch ticket

Sean P., a self-employed painter from Aurora, won $50,000 after purchasing a Set For Life Scratch ticket at King Soopers located at 25701 E Smoky Hill Rd. Sean bought the ticket while shopping for burrito ingredients.

According to Sean, he has been playing the Lottery for years but this is his first significant win. “I was so shocked—it felt like a blessing,” he said. He intends to use the prize money to pay bills and purchase a new work van.
