The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) will begin resurfacing a section of US Highway 24 next week. The work will take place from Mile Point 311, just east of CO21/Powers Boulevard, to Mile Point 312, just east of Galley Road/Peterson Road.

According to CDOT, paving operations will occur in one lane each day. During the construction period, traffic will be reduced to one lane in the direction where paving is underway.

This maintenance project aims to improve road conditions and ensure safer travel for motorists using this stretch of US 24.
