The Colorado Lottery has announced the launch of a new national draw game, Millionaire for Life, which will begin on Sunday, February 22. This new game will replace Lucky for Life, which will end on February 21.

Millionaire for Life offers players the chance to win $1 million a year for life as its top prize. There is also a second-tier prize of $100,000 a year for life. Both prizes can be received either as annuities or as one-time cash payouts.

Tickets for Millionaire for Life will cost $5 each. The daily drawing is scheduled at 9:15 p.m. Mountain Time. The overall odds of winning any prize are 1 in 8.46, while the odds of winning the grand prize are 1 in 22.9 million.

Additional information about how to play Millionaire for Life, including detailed odds and other prize details, will be available on the Colorado Lottery’s games website page starting February 12.

“On Sunday, February 22, you’ll have a chance to play every day for a jackpot of a lifetime: $1 million a year for life. Even if you don’t win the big prize, you’ll have a second chance to win a prize of $100,000 a year for life.”

Until Millionaire for Life launches, information about Lucky for Life will remain available until that game concludes on February 21.
