FOIA Request to Pueblo Community College regarding Public University FY 2024 Employee Salaries on December 5, 2025.

Centennial State News has submitted a formal request under the Colorado Open Records Act to Pueblo Community College. The request seeks detailed records of employee compensation for all individuals employed by the university during Fiscal Year 2024. The requested data includes various fields such as fiscal year, employee name, gender, age or year of birth, employer name, title or position, department, hire date, compensation amount and type, and employment type.

The request specifies that the records should be provided in electronic format and acknowledges that not all data fields may be present in every record. Centennial State News has requested that any non-exempt portions of records be released in redacted form if necessary. As part of their professional responsibilities in news gathering and reporting, they have also requested a fee waiver for accessing these public records.
