FOIA Request to University of Northern Colorado regarding employee compensation data for Fiscal Year 2025 on November 4, 2025.

Centennial State News has submitted a formal request under the Colorado Open Records Act seeking detailed records on employee compensation at the University of Northern Colorado for Fiscal Year 2025. The request was sent via email to the university’s public records office on November 4, 2025.

The request specifically asks for comprehensive data concerning all individuals employed by the university during the specified fiscal year. The requested information includes various data fields such as employee names, gender, age or year of birth (if not exempt), date of birth (if not exempt or limited to month/year), employer name, job title or position, hire date, and details about their compensation. This encompasses base pay and any additional pay, type of compensation (e.g., salary, hourly wage, stipend, bonus), and employment type (full-time or part-time).
