The Colorado Department of Transportation, in partnership with Structures, Inc., is set to start bridge work on Interstate 70 in Lincoln County. The project will bring both daytime and nighttime closures starting September 22.

During the day, single lane closures will be in effect for both eastbound and westbound I-70 at milepost 361.9. At night, full closures with detours are planned for two locations: eastbound I-70 at exit 361 Limon and westbound I-70 from exit 363 US 40/287 to 361 Limon.

According to the department, these measures are necessary to complete essential bridge repairs and ensure safety for motorists traveling through the area.
