A ticket purchased at Corner Store in Lafayette has won the top prize in the Lucky for Life lottery game. The winning numbers drawn were 12, 16, 27, 34, and 41, with a Lucky Ball number of 12.

The winner matched all five numbers plus the Lucky Ball to secure the prize. According to Colorado Lottery officials, the winner has claimed their prize and opted for a lump sum cash payment valued at $5,750,000.

“Congratulations to Colorado’s newest Lucky for Life top-prize winner—what an incredible way to celebrate the holiday season!” stated a representative from Colorado Lottery.
