A retired National Guard Master Sergeant and Home Depot associate named Mark has won the Colorado Lottery for a second time, with his two wins occurring 12 years apart. Mark has been participating in the lottery since its early days, recalling when tickets had to be mailed to Pueblo. Upon seeing the Pueblo number appear again, he felt that luck was returning.

Mark stated that he intends to use his prize money to pay down his house and prepare for retirement. He also mentioned having two grown sons and a grandson living in Sterling who are pleased about his win.

“Congrats, Mark, and thank you for being part of our 40-year journey!”
