Federal Heights home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Federal Heights rose by $31,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 57 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 57 homes sold, with a median sale price of $311,000 - a 11.1% increase over the $280,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 57 homes sold in Federal Heights in 2018, as well.
