Arvada (Adams County) home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Arvada in Adams County rose by $5,000 while total sales decreased by 18.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 59 homes sold, with a median sale price of $345,000 - a 1.5% increase over the $340,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 72 homes sold in Arvada in 2018.
