Brighton home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Brighton rose by $16,700 while total sales increased by 19.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 719 homes sold, with a median sale price of $352,000 - a 5% increase over the $335,300 median sale price for the previous year. There were 603 homes sold in Brighton in 2018.
