Federal Heights home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Federal Heights rose by $42,500 while total sales increased by 3.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $322,500 - a 15.2% increase over the $280,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Federal Heights in the second half of 2018.

The median sales tax in Federal Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,769, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2019.
