Coal Creek home prices fall in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Coal Creek fell by $23,500 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $377,500 - a 5.9% decrease over the $401,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Coal Creek in the third quarter of 2018.
