Bridle Dale home prices fall in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Bridle Dale fell by $54,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $404,500 - a 11.9% decrease over the $459,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Bridle Dale in the third quarter of 2018.
