Columbine (Jefferson County) home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Columbine in Jefferson County rose by $1,950 while total sales decreased by 67.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $416,950 - a 0.5% increase over the $415,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 123 homes sold in Columbine in the third quarter of 2018.
