Bennett (Adams County) home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Bennett in Adams County rose by $25,000 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $315,000 - a 8.6% increase over the $290,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Bennett in the fourth quarter of 2018.
