Federal Heights home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Federal Heights rose by $38,500 while total sales decreased by 6.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $317,500 - a 13.8% increase over the $279,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Federal Heights in the fourth quarter of 2018.
