Shaw Heights home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Shaw Heights rose by $13,100 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $353,050 - a 3.9% increase over the $339,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Shaw Heights in the fourth quarter of 2018.
