Brighton home prices rise in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Brighton rose by $43,250 while total sales increased by 2.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $360,000 - a 13.7% increase over the $316,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Brighton in November 2018.
