Thornton home prices rise in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Thornton rose by $26,500 while total sales remained unchanged with 160 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were 160 homes sold, with a median sale price of $366,500 - a 7.8% increase over the $340,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 160 homes sold in Thornton in November 2018, as well.
