Commerce City home prices rise in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Commerce City rose by $15,450 while total sales increased by 48.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were 92 homes sold, with a median sale price of $369,950 - a 4.4% increase over the $354,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 62 homes sold in Commerce City in November 2018.

The median sales tax in Commerce City for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,303, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for November 2019.
