Federal Heights home prices rise in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Federal Heights rose by $75,000 while total sales decreased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $315,000 - a 31.3% increase over the $240,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Federal Heights in October 2018.
