Berkley home prices fall in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Berkley fell by $15,750 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $344,250 - a 4.4% decrease over the $360,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Berkley in October 2018.
