Derby home prices fall in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Derby fell by $2,500 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $235,000 - a 1.1% decrease over the $237,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Derby in September 2018.

The median sales tax in Derby for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,204, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for September 2019.
