Brighton home prices rise in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Brighton rose by $13,600 while total sales increased by 26.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 67 homes sold, with a median sale price of $357,600 - a 4% increase over the $344,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 53 homes sold in Brighton in September 2018.
