Westminster (Jefferson County) home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Westminster in Jefferson County rose by $27,500 while total sales decreased by 72.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 118 homes sold, with a median sale price of $384,000 - a 7.7% increase over the $356,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 424 homes sold in Westminster in the second half of 2018.
