Ken Caryl home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Ken Caryl rose by $30,000 while total sales decreased by 69.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 113 homes sold, with a median sale price of $390,000 - a 8.3% increase over the $360,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 372 homes sold in Ken Caryl in the second half of 2018.
