Columbine (Jefferson County) home prices fall in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Columbine in Jefferson County fell by $8,000 while total sales decreased by 74.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 56 homes sold, with a median sale price of $402,500 - a 1.9% decrease over the $410,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 216 homes sold in Columbine in the second half of 2018.
