Lakewood home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Lakewood rose by $37,967 while total sales decreased by 73.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 348 homes sold, with a median sale price of $402,967 - a 10.4% increase over the $365,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,308 homes sold in Lakewood in the second half of 2018.
