Edgewater home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Edgewater rose by $22,000 while total sales decreased by 65.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $439,500 - a 5.3% increase over the $417,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 46 homes sold in Edgewater in the second half of 2018.
