Wheat Ridge home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Wheat Ridge rose by $77,500 while total sales decreased by 77.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 61 homes sold, with a median sale price of $477,500 - a 19.4% increase over the $400,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 266 homes sold in Wheat Ridge in the second half of 2018.
