Fairmount home prices fall in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Fairmount fell by $48,000 while total sales decreased by 67.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $480,000 - a 9.1% decrease over the $528,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 64 homes sold in Fairmount in the second half of 2018.
