Littleton (Jefferson County) home prices fall in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Littleton in Jefferson County fell by $84,900 while total sales decreased by 78.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $495,000 - a 14.6% decrease over the $579,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Littleton in the second half of 2018.
