The Valley home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in The Valley rose by $10,000 while total sales decreased by 81.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $735,000 - a 1.4% increase over the $725,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in The Valley in the second half of 2018.
