Denver home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Denver rose by $101,000 while total sales decreased by 55.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $232,500 - a 76.8% increase over the $131,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 27 homes sold in Denver in 2018.
