Westminster (Jefferson County) home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Westminster in Jefferson County rose by $12,425 while total sales decreased by 32.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 518 homes sold, with a median sale price of $374,925 - a 3.4% increase over the $362,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 767 homes sold in Westminster in 2018.
