Ken Caryl home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Ken Caryl rose by $18,750 while total sales decreased by 36.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 475 homes sold, with a median sale price of $381,000 - a 5.2% increase over the $362,250 median sale price for the previous year. There were 750 homes sold in Ken Caryl in 2018.
