Columbine (Jefferson County) home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Columbine in Jefferson County rose by $15,500 while total sales decreased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 284 homes sold, with a median sale price of $425,500 - a 3.8% increase over the $410,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 398 homes sold in Columbine in 2018.
