Edgewater home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Edgewater rose by $7,000 while total sales decreased by 21.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 73 homes sold, with a median sale price of $427,000 - a 1.7% increase over the $420,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 93 homes sold in Edgewater in 2018.
