Aspen Park home prices fall in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Aspen Park fell by $4,950 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $450,000 - a 1.1% decrease over the $454,950 median sale price for the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Aspen Park in 2018.
