Fairmount home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Fairmount rose by $34,500 while total sales decreased by 47.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 65 homes sold, with a median sale price of $577,000 - a 6.4% increase over the $542,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were 124 homes sold in Fairmount in 2018.
