Northwood Acres home prices fall in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Northwood Acres fell by $225,750 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $601,750 - a 27.3% decrease over the $827,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were six homes sold in Northwood Acres in 2018.
