Evergreen home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Evergreen rose by $100,000 while total sales decreased by 37.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 125 homes sold, with a median sale price of $635,000 - a 18.7% increase over the $535,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 199 homes sold in Evergreen in 2018.
