Indian Hills home prices rise in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Indian Hills rose by $216,250 while total sales decreased by 65.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $651,250 - a 49.7% increase over the $435,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Indian Hills in 2018.
