Willow Springs home prices fall in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Willow Springs fell by $131,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $680,000 - a 16.2% decrease over the $811,500 median sale price for the previous year. There were six homes sold in Willow Springs in 2018.
