The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Ken Caryl Ranch North rose by $285,000 while total sales decreased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,125,000 - a 33.9% increase over the $840,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Ken Caryl Ranch North in 2018.
