Columbine (Jefferson County) home prices rise in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Columbine in Jefferson County rose by $7,900 while total sales decreased by 75.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $432,900 - a 1.9% increase over the $425,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Columbine in September 2018.
