Applewood home prices rise in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Applewood rose by $155,050 while total sales decreased by 80%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $645,000 - a 31.6% increase over the $489,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Applewood in September 2018.
