Denver home prices rise in the fourth quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Denver rose by $25,250 while total sales decreased by 70%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $155,000 - a 19.5% increase over the $129,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Denver in the fourth quarter of 2018.
